New to HBO Max June 2022

The Time Traveler’s Wife, Hacks, and The Staircase finish their runs and a handful of new content premieres.

Here are the HBO Max Originals coming this month:

June 3: 

• On My Way with Irina Rimes (Documentary) — Singer Irina Rimes takes a two-week tour of Romania with a mobile studio to reconnect with herself and complete her newest album.

June 9: 

• Amsterdam (Season 1) — Nadia and Martin have been together for a long time, maybe too long. When they’re considering ending their relationship, a stray dog disrupts their plans.
• Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain (Documentary) — Oscar-winning filmmaker Morgan Neville explores the life and legacy of Chef Anthony Bourdain.
• Summer Camp Island (Season 6) — Best friends Oscar and Hedwig go to summer camp. Not just any summer camp, a special summer camp, where the counselors are witches and the animals are magic.

June 16: 

• Father of the Bride (2022) — Yet another remake in which a father struggles to come to terms with his daughter’s upcoming marriage.

June 23: 

• Gordita Chronicles (Season 1) — When her father’s job transfers him to Miami, twelve-year-old Dominican immigrant Carlota “Cucu” Castelli and her family move to Miami in the 1980s to pursue the American Dream.
• Little Ellen (Season 3) — An animated children’s series following a seven-year-old Ellen DeGeneres.
• Menudo: Forever Young (Docuseries) — The untold story of Menudo, a mega-popular Latin American boy band.

June 30: 

• PCC O Poder Segredo (Season 1) — No information is available about this series.
• Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed: The Underground Rock Experience (Special) — When Wilbur, a naked mole rat discovers clothing, he turns his naked mole rat community upside down. This animated rock ‘n’ roll special is based on the children’s book by Mo Willems.

Dates To Be Announced:

• The Dog House: UK (Season 3) — The staff at Wood Green, an Animals Charity in Cambridgeshire, works to match abandoned dogs with their ideal owners.
