Coming to Peacock June 2022
Girls5Eva continues its sophomore season run this month and a handful of Peacock Originals return and begin.
Here are the Peacock Originals and Specials coming this month:
June 2
- The Croods: Family Tree (Season 3) — A joint production with Hulu and inspired by The Croods: A New Age, which came to theaters in 2020, this series follows the prehistoric Crood family and the more modern Betterman family as they go from bitter rivals to unexpected friends.
June 9
- Queer as Folk (Season 1) — Now in its third iteration, this series will follow a group of LGBT+ characters who find support within the gay community after a traumatic shooting in a gay club. This cast is more diverse than any preceding series, featuring color and disabled queer people.
June 16
- Rutherford Falls (Season 2) — In season one, Nathan Rutherford was fighting to keep the statue of his ancestor, the founder of the town of Rutherford Falls, from being moved. This put him at odds with his best friend Reagan Wells, who is part of the Minishonka Nation, a tribe that lived there before the town’s founding. After some major revelations about his family’s past, Nathan must reconsider his dedication to the town and the fight.
June 14
- Dateline: The Last Day (Season 1) — This spinoff series features NBC News correspondents Keith Morrison, Josh Mankiewicz, Stephanie Gosk, and Andrea Canning as they investigate the final of murder victims in an attempt to solve their murders.
June 23
- The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club (Season 2) — Featuring Real Housewives from across the franchise, this series follows former cast members as they take a vacation together, staying at the Bluestone Manor, the Berkshires home of Dorinda Medley (Real Housewives of New York City).
June 24
- Would It Kill You To Laugh? Starring Kate Berlant and John Early (Comedy Special) — This hour-long sketch comedy special will feature the comedic duo of Kate Berlant and John Early playing exaggerated versions of themselves.
June 30
- Madagascar: A Little Wild (Season 8) — The final season of this joint production between Hulu and Peacock draws inspiration from the animated movie Madagascar. It follows Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe while they live in the Central Park Zoo when they were young.
